accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the
e‐mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Your purchases are strictly subject to exchange only—with absolutely
no cash refunds, store credits, or returns—solely in accordance with the criteria and inspection
timelines detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and
not for commercial resale or export.

of loss passes to you. The official delivery date timestamp registered by our logistics carrier
marks the definitive start of the 7-day exchange eligibility window.

sales between you and Shankent. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from
all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions
with Shankent.

SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY

KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS
PROCURED USING THE SERVICES.

third party.

be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of
Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. You and Shankent consent to the exclusive venue and
personal jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India for
resolving any legal disputes.
