To ensure reliable delivery across all pin codes, our primary logistics partner is India Post (Speed Post/Registered Parcel). Depending on package size, destination, transit safety requirements, or operational constraints, we reserve the right to utilize premium private courier services (such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, or DTDC) to fulfill your shipment without prior notice.
2. Processing and Dispatch Timelines

Order Processing Time: All orders are reviewed, packed, and processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after payment verification.

Dispatch Notification: Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and logistics link will be sent to your registered email address.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
While we work hard to get your products to you quickly, all transit and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

Final shipping and handling rates are calculated based on package weight and destination tier.

5. Title, Transfer of Risk, and Exchange Eligibility Window
As specified in our Terms of Service, once your package is handed over to India Post or our alternative private courier partner, the legal title and risk of loss pass onto you.

6. Incorrect Delivery Address & Undelivered Parcels
Customers are responsible for providing current, precise, and absolute shipping coordinates at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned to our warehouse in Moradabad because of an inaccurate address, missing contact number, or consecutive failed delivery attempts, the customer will bear the additional shipping charges required to re-dispatch the parcel.
